Beef Rendang

Beef is slowly simmered with coconut milk and a mixture of lemongrass, galangal, garlic, turmeric, ginger and chilli. Hours of bubbling turns the meat soft and spoon-tender, taking on all the intense tropical aromatics to create this dish of tender, flavourful deliciousness. Served with a zingy cucumber salad and fluffy white rice.
